Polyurethane Foam Technology

Using proprietary polyurethane chemical formulations we have developed a high density, closed cell foam material that is superior in low speed foam tire and light weight tire fill applications. Testing has shown our polyurethane foam material to be superior to competitive materials in the following areas:

• High abrasion resistance / longer life
• True closed cell technology / no water absorption
• High density material / excellent load carrying capability
• UV and ozone resistant / will not break down

Polyurethane Elastomer (Elastothane^TM) Technology

We have also created several polyurethane elastomer chemical formulations having superior temperature, abrasion and elastic properties.  These materials are used in tire fill, solid tire, composite tire and pneumatic tire applications.  More information on these products is presented in “Our Products” section of this site.

Testing has shown our polyurethane elastomer material to be superior to competitive materials in the following areas:

• High abrasion resistance / longer life
• Better elastic properties / reduced operating temperatures
• Lower rolling resistance / improved fuel economy
• UV and ozone resistant / will not break down
• No oils or plasticizers / environmentally friendly
