Why Flat Free?

Flat free tires have become more popular with consumers who are increasingly frustrated with the frequent flat repairs and maintenance requirements incurred with pneumatic tires. It often seems that the need to repair a flat tire never happens at a convenient time. Rubber pneumatic tires have several limitations. They are susceptible to degradation from sunlight, ozone and water. The effectiveness of a pneumatic tire is greatly dependent upon maintaining the tire’s ideal air pressure, but this can be affected by factors such as environmental temperature. As a result, pneumatic tire maintenance is very important. Polyurethane flat free tires are virtually maintenance free and non-marking to flooring surfaces, unlike rubber tires.
