The use of this website for fraudulent activity, to misrepresent user identity, or tampering with anything on this website is strictly prohibited. Use of website material, such as product photos, without permission of Amerityre is prohibited.
It is our policy to keep any other information we may receive about our customers completely private. We will not share any customer information with another party unless required by law. If a customer chooses to create an account on our website, Amerityre will retain account information for future orders. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password for their account. Customer emails and shipping information will be retained by Amerityre for the purpose of marketing purposes but will never be shared with other parties. You can request to be removed from our mailing lists by contacting us with your email and shipping information at orderdesk@Amerityre.com , with the words “Remove from Mailing List” typed in the Subject line.
All Amerityre products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason within 15 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-808-1268 ext. 100 or at orderdesk@Amerityre.com to attain an RMA number. Please see our Returns and Exchanges information below for terms and conditions regarding returns.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the products back to Amerityre. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Individual products, such as custom ordered tires or assemblies, may be excluded from this guarantee. Check with your Amerityre representative before you place your order to see if there are any return restrictions on the parts you wish to order.
- Orders are not considered confirmed until the order is reviewed and an order confirmation is issued to the customer by Amerityre.

Amerityre accepts the following payment methods:

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, Amerityre reserves the right to cancel your order without notifying you.
Amerityre cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
All orders will ship from our facility in Boulder City, Nevada. Amerityre will charge sales tax on all purchases to customers in Nevada. All orders are usually shipped within 10 business days, depending on availability of stock. We will send you an email with a shipping tracking number when your item has shipped. Most orders will be shipped via UPS. If we expect that an ordered item will not be shipped within 10 business days, we will contact you to see if you wish to cancel your order or wait until the ordered product is available.
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the unlikely case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you before shipment. Amerityre may be required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges.
The Amerityre website can only be used for orders to be shipped within the continental United States. For international orders, please contact Amerityre customer service for pricing delivery options, and terms.
Amerityre Corporation does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you would like us to use USPS to ship to a P.O. Box.
Sales tax will be charged to all shipments delivered in Nevada, unless a valid resale certificate can be provided to Amerityre at the time of order. Copies of resale certificates should be sent to Amerityre Customer Service at orderdesk@Amerityre.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Amerityre guarantees that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
We will only accept return items that are not used and are in resalable condition. Custom size tires or mounted tire assemblies are not returnable.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact Amerityre within 15 days of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless you receive an item you did not order or the item received is defective.
If you order the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for a new size, however, you will be responsible for shipping back your item to the address we provide and you will be charged the freight on the new item.
If you have any questions or need to return an item, please either call us toll free at 800-808-1268 ext. 100 or contact us by email at orderdesk@Amerityre.com. The following information will be required to obtain an RMA number:
- Your full name, address & phone number
- Your order number or invoice number
- The name and address where the merchandise was shipped
- The part number(s) and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason(s) for the return/exchange
We will contact you within 24-48 hours by phone or email and give you the address to send the item.
If you are returning an item for exchange, the new item will be shipped once the original item is received and processed.
When a received shipment is obviously damaged in transit, the Customer should refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Amerityre immediately using the contact information included with the order. For best protection we advise that you check the condition of your shipment before signing shipment acceptance paperwork, as it is harder to file a successful claim for shipping damage if the signed paperwork indicates the shipment was received in good order.
Please save all packaging material and order paperwork if there is possible shipping damage. If packaging is disposed of before a claim is filed, your claim against the shipper may be denied and you may not receive credit for the returned item.
Price and/or Description Changes or Errors
All product prices, pictures, and descriptions on the Amerityre website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Pricing and product information errors will be corrected when discovered. Amerityre reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Amerityre will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
When you place your order with Amerityre using this website, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices on our website store or any other website store are not refundable.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amerityre, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of the Amerityre website and any of Amerityre’s services.
